Have used these guys a few times at my previous property. Work was so great my family used him as well. Purchased my new property recently and first call was to Alex at Glacier Refrigeration, I didn't go for a second quote as i knew i was using the right guy.We had a huge system put through the house and i can not fault a thing. From start to finish the work is outstanding, any mess cleaned up and all questions answered on the spot. He even reached out couple days later to make sure everything was working to my high standards.Professional standards from the first phone call to work being completed.Would not hesitate to refer him to anyone needing work done.Thanks again

If you’re looking for someone reliable, honest, and skilled in refrigeration, Alex is your guy.Alex did an outstanding job installing our air conditioning. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the process and make sure everything was set up perfectly. The install was neat, efficient, and completed to a very high standard.He left the area clean and tidy, tested everything thoroughly, and made sure we were comfortable using the system before he left. Great communication, fair pricing, and genuinely quality workmanship.I wouldn’t hesitate to use Glacier Refrigeration again or recommend them to others.

Even during a very busy period right before the New Year holidays, he was prompt, professional, and efficient. He fixed the air conditioner leak and cleaned the unit thoroughly. He installed a new split system air conditioner in my investment unit, coordinating smoothly with both my property manager and me. Had my evaporative cooler serviced by Alexander. He was prompt and punctual and kept me informed about what time he was coming. The job went off well. A small issue I had a couple of weeks later was sorted out over the phone without needing a follow up call. Great service.

Alex was so professional from the moment we called him to check the service he offered to the follow up and invoice. Alex changed the thermocouple for our old Brivis ducted heating unit. He is the real honest, full of knowledge service person for heating and cooling system. The price quoted is so reasonable and no hidden catch. I am so glad I found his good reputation on social media and contacted him to engage his service. I will definitely use his service again for any future repair or installation.

Alexander from Glacier was the 5th company to quote me for a split system A/C. He arrived on time, gave me a quote on the day and in less than a week I had the installation completed. There were no dramas between Alexander and his very competent “Sparky” Raphael and Alexander was happy to answer my many questions. The installation was on the top floor of a double storey townhouse on an internal wall. All the other companies left and never called.I would definitely use Glacier again and would recommend this company to friends. Thank you for your expertise and patience guys.

Alexander is a skilled technician. He was thorough and precise in his diagnosis of our 20-year-old Lennox heating/cooling system. I highly recommend him, not only for his technical skills, but for his honesty and high regard of my time. He let me know when he was on his way, and even let me know when he got stuck in traffic. Most importantly, he didn't try to sell me a new system and tried his best to repair our old system, even when our unit was in a most inconvenient and tight spot under the stairwell. In the end, we had to replace the fan motor, but it was the best solution compared to other companies who just wanted the easy way out and sell us a new unit that would have cost thousands of dollars more.

Our friends recommended Alex and we're so glad we chose to go with him. We've had our house heater serviced by another company a couple of years ago and it just wasn't performing as well as we expected. So, since it's due for another service, we wanted to try someone new.Well, not only was Alex friendly and prompt, he found the issues almost immediately by just listening to our descriptions and the lack of airflow coming out of the vents.
